The annual Worthing 10K Charity Fun Run will take place on Sunday October 20, at 11am.
Runners of all abilities are invited to take part in the run, which will start and finish near to Worthing Rowing Club.
Runners can register on-day by reporting to Worthing Rowing Club, between 10 and 10.45am.
The cost is £11 which includes a tee shirt and medal, and this year’s nominated charity is Action for Blind People.
