The annual championships include the 12 schools in the Mid-Sussex area. Warden Park beat Downlands, St Pauls, Imberhorne, Sackville and Forest in the group stage. Park had to work extremely hard to win the group game against Forest which was heading for a 5-5 draw when Park managed to score with the last play of the game.

The Weald were the opponents in the final which was always going to be an extremely challenging game. The Weald started well using their physicality and pace to score early in the game. Park had to continue defending, making tackle after tackle to keep the Weald at bay. The Park captain Jake Christian had an inspired game and was well supported by Man Of The Match, Alfie Stewart. Additional power was given to the team by Ben Noble, Finn Connellan, Sam Parkins, Kane Drumond and Ben Middle.

The team moved the ball quickly with Harry Forsdick and Miles Bedwell sharing the scrum half position and allowing the most improved player of the season, Ben Caidan to exploit the space. The danger of pace was all to evident when Llyod Jourdain or Emmett Leet received the ball they would always make ground in to the opposition territory. The pressure continued allowing Stewart and Jourdain to score to see Park win their second title in two years.

This win was well deserved and concludes a great year of rugby which saw the team narrowly lose in the National cup to Hurst and the County cup to Newman who were the eventual finalist.
