By a strange coincidence, Bognor RFC finished second in their league, one point behind the champions - just like the football team.

The Hampshire League division one runners-up now face a play-off against their Surrey League counterparts Old Freemens. It takes place at Hampshire Avenue in front of what should be a bumper crowd.
