Horsham Ladies don’t hit the heights in defeat at Harleston

Horsham Hockey Club’s Ladies First team travelled to Harleston Magpies on Saturday feeling confident of gaining some points.

However the team struggled to string their passes together, and as the Magpies were in top form at their home pitch they took their chances by scoring two goals.

It was a disappointing result as Horsham had played so well the previous week in beating St Albans.

Coach Ben Allbury will be addressing this in preparation for the home game this weekend against Old Loughtonians (at BBH pitches, 1.30pm start), where they hope to gain all three points.
