SLIDESHOW: Burgess Hill continue unbeaten run with Herney Bay win
Burgess Hill saw seventh placed Herne Bay visit the Green Elephant stadium for what looked to be a tough game for the unbeaten Hill in front of a crowd of 241.
And Hill were without manager Ian Chapman but he had left the team in the very capable hands of Stuart Tuck and John Rattle.
The only goal of the game came very early on when on ten minutes Sam Fisk found Darren Budd who’s lob into the box was cleared for a corner from which Joe Keehan leapt higher than his marker and his goal bound effort was deflected into his own net by Dan Williams.
