Burgess Hill Town came back from their long trip to Needham Market with nothing after a 3-1 defeat.

Ian Chapman's men found themselves 1-0 down after 34 minutes after Gareth Heath's strike.

Samuel Nunn and Bredan Ocran made it 3-0 in the 77th and 81st minutes before Lucas Rodriguez got a consolation in the 83rd minute.

The club tweeted after the final whistle: "A disappointing evening in Suffolk for the Hillians, which sees @needhammktfc claim all three points. Thank you to all the Hillians fans who made the long journey tonight, your continuous support is greatly appreciated. Keep believing, we will keep battling! #COYH"

Shaun Saunders' Haywards heath Town found themselves 1-0 down to a second-minute penalty at Eastbourne Town but Melford Simpson equalised after 15 minutes and that's how it stayed.

Hassocks held Crawley Down Gatwick 1-1 after Jake Lindsey's header cancelled out the hosts' early opener.
