Reds are sending sides to two Sussex clubs on Saturday, July 27, as part of their pre-season preparations.

A team will face Conference South Whitehawk at East Brighton Park and another will take on Ryman League Division One South outfit Burgess Hill at their Leylands Park ground.

Both fixtures will kick off at 3pm.

Manager Richie Barker said: “These two games come a week ahead of the League One season starting so we will be sending two strong sides of pros who will be looking to impress ahead of the big kick off.

“It is not far for our supporters to travel to either venue and I will announce ahead of the two games what the respective line-ups will be so our supporters can decide which game they want to attend.”

Reds have already announced one pre-season game at the Broadfield on Saturday July 13 against Millwall (3pm) and further fixtures will be confirmed in due course.

Richie added: “We are finalising arrangements with other clubs at the moment and will confirm details as soon as we can.”
