Zodiac Allstars shine at competition

THE Zodiac Allstars cheerleaders left a recent competition with a host of honours.

Members of the club, which attracts members from across the area, travelled to Loughborough for the Future Cheer Adventure in Atlantis competition.

With a perfect result, all Zodiac Allstars teams took first place in the Senior 1, Senior 2 and Senior Coed 3 divisions.

The Senior Coed 3 team, SMOrange, took the overall grand champion title for the second time this year, making history for the team. Coach Andy Wicks said: “It has been a tremendously successful year so far, and each athlete is confident going into the national competition at Bournemouth in July. Zodiacs are looking forward to the hard work ahead.”
