In Chichester there was just a dusting but Mid Sussex and northerly areas saw 2-3cm.
An amber (be prepared) alert is currently in place for the north of West Sussex but the resat of the county is still under a yellow alert.
Some roads across the county are still causing problems for drivers as temperatures stay around freezing.
