A man was airlifted to hospital with head injuries after falling off a horse in Pulborough.

Emergency services were called to the scene at around 11am yesterday (Wednesday April 9).

The 51-year-old was taken to Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton by Sussex Air Ambulance.
