STEYNING will be offering a slice of Italy on Sunday, when the Italian Market returns to the town.
It is the second time Steyning and District Community Partnership has organised for the market to visit the High Street car park.
Reina Alston said: “Authentic, enthusiastic Italian stallholders will be ready to share their infinite knowledge of their homeland food.
“The Italia in Piazza mission is to share their passion for food. Imagine slices of bresaola on a bed of rocket salad, shavings of the best parmesan and a drizzle of the finest extra virgin olive oil—perhaps with some olives individually stuffed with garlic cloves on the side.
“This is the second time Steyning has hosted this event, which is run successfully at many venues throughout the country.”
The market starts at 10am, offering products ranging from meats, cheeses and olives to pasta, olive oil, focaccia, and even Italian leather handbags.
