Children are being invited to use the long summer break to get fit.
For the second year, Freedom Leisure, which runs the K2 leisure centre, has launched a Junior Summer Fitness Challenge.
The challenge runs until September 8 and is open for free to children aged four-14. Last year, more than 2,000 children across Sussex took part.
Each child will receive a free fitness diary on which they record all their activities and, for every 10 they complete, Freedom Leisure will give them a reward.
The aim is to complete 30 physical activities throughout the course of the summer holidays - from cycle ride to football to swimming - collecting rewards as they go and being presented with a certificate at the end.
Rewards on offer include fun fitness toys such as frisbees, tennis balls and yoyos as well as vouchers for activities like family swimming or badminton.
Children can register for the challenge at K2 Crawley or the Bewbush Centre. Alternatively they can sign up online at www.freedom-leisure.co.uk.
