FIREFIGHTERS are on scene of a collision on the A27 near Crossbush – the second incident in the area today (Friday, July 12).
The call came in at 4.42pm, with one car colliding into the central reservation.
No-one was trapped, and the fire service are working with police to make the scene safe.
The other incident involved a car and motorbike, between Hammerpot and Crossbush.
It happened at 1.20, and a man was seriously injured.
The motorcyclist was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton by road but his injuries are not considered life-threatening.
