Reward for those who help charity

CHARITY champions in Shoreham who work hard for worthwhile causes are to be rewarded.

Heating oil supplier CPL Petroleum, which has a depot in Brighton Road, Shoreham, thinks people who dedicate thair time to charity deserve a special treat.

Nominations are being sought for charity champions in the Shoreham area, who stand to receive £200 to be spent on a special treat, or given as a donation to the charity of their choice.

Regional manager Joanne Dobbs said: “We’re sure we have plenty of great charity champions in the Shoreham area and we can’t wait to find out more about these people who go above and beyond to make a difference to others.

“Offering a reward is our chance to give something back to the people who add so much to this community.”

Selfless volunteers who help others and fundraisers are among those who are eligible.

To nominate, email describing the person, their address and, in no more than 200 words, why they deserve to be rewarded.

Full contact details of both nominator and nominee should also be included.

The closing date for entries is Friday, August 30, and successful applicants will be notified within 28 days.
