HORSHAM MP and Cabinet Office Minister Francis Maude has been giving a report to the House of Commons this lunchtime.
Mr Maude told MPs that there had been a low response to the call for action.
He said the strike action “...is northing short of irresponsible... just plain wrong.”
He added that the offer on the table was one those in the private sector could only dream ofbeing offered.
Mr Maude revealed that less than a third (c135,000) of civil servants had taken part in the day of action.
