M23 reopens after closure for roadworks

A section of the M23 northbound has now reopened after being closed earlier today.The road was closed north of the A264 junction to the M25 junction at Reigate because of overrunning roadworks.Meanwhile, traffic is now running normally on the M23 junction at Pease Pottage following severe delays this morning.
