Horsham students offered places at Oxford and Cambridge universities
Students at Horsham’s Collyer’s College are celebrating conditional offers to study at Oxford and Cambridge universities this September.
Courses include Mathematics, Natural Sciences, English, Medicine, Computer Science, Experimental Psychology, Linguistics and Chemistry.
The students previously attended a number of schools across the region, including four from Forest in Horsham with offers also made to those who joined Collyer’s from Tanbridge House in Horsham, Glebelands in Cranleigh, and Warden Park in Cuckfield, among others.
Collyer’s Oxbridge coordinator Noami Lask said: “Congratulations to these students on receiving an offer and good luck with their end of year assessments!” Ian McAlister, director of higher education at Collyuer’s added: “Well done to all of these students who have worked incredibly hard with Noami.”
And principal Dan Lodge said: “Huge thanks to Noami Lask, Ian McAlister and our academic and tutorial teams who do some incredible work to prepare and guide students through this process.
“We are also grateful to the schools who have laid the foundations for this continued success.”
Collyer’s is ranked third nationally among sixth form colleges and is rated by Ofsted as ‘outstanding.’
