LETTER: ‘Whatsoever things are lovely...’

I write in reply to Mr Gibbons’ long letter about dog fouling.

Dogs are not a health and safety risk; dog excreta will not cause blindness unless it is picked up and rubbed in the eyes, and only a lunatic would do this!

Most dogs will not bite unless provoked.

There are not enough dog litter bins in Horsham so it would be helpful if more could be provided.

And could members of the public who use the twitten between Howard Road and Manor Fields to dump rubbish, please use the general litter bins in Manor Fields, only two steps away.

Finally, Mr Gibbons, a quotation for you: ‘Whatsoever things are lovely, think on these things’.!

P. RUTH
