LETTER: Generous help for Headway

I write on behalf of both Rotary Clubs of Guildford and Brighton to commend the County Times for publishing details of Rebecca Dancer’s remarkable recovery from a most traumatic head injury some years ago.

Thanks to your newspaper publishing details of Rebecca’s gig which took place at Komedia in Brighton on Sunday September 22, some of us from both Rotary Clubs attended the concert and thoroughly enjoyed it!

Rebecca is a most talented singer/songwriter and a wonderful musician and performer of both her own and cover works. She performs in a wonderfully direct manner with clarity and great precision.

Her first CD, entitled ‘Swings and Roundabouts’, was on sale that evening and Rebecca very generously donated the proceeds, amounting to £115, to the brain injury charity ‘Headway’.

We hope that more sales will be generated for Headway and suggest that interested parties visit Rebecca’s website at www.rebeccadancer.co.uk.

If you would like a copy of Rebecca’s CD, which costs £5.00, please email me [email protected] and send me your address and telephone number.
