LETTER: Concern for mums and their children
On Wednesday evening November 5, I went with my daughter and her two young children to take her eldest for her swimming lesson at The Pavilions in the Park in Horsham at 5pm.
After leaving the car, the walk along the footpath leading from the car park to the building is all in darkness with bushes on either side.
I must admit to feeling somewhat vulnerable, due to this lack of lighting on the pathway. The only alternative was walking along the car park area dodging the cars where the lighting is.
I am concerned not only for my daughter and her children, but also for all mothers with young children.
