Letter: Another day another challenge
Deciding to avoid the “terrors” of the new Sainsbury’s car park we used the main entrance at an early hour (8am) - survived the confusion of the merging lanes and - wait for it - were confronted with a fixed No Entry sign aimed directly at us.
Like the vehicles before us we went on our way - slowly, mentally checking that the day was not April 1st.
Having parked, we were further entertained by the sight of no less than five contractors - with much muttering and hard hats with hi-viz jackets in evidence moving earnestly towards the misplaced sign.
Another day - another challenge!
