Developer, David Wilson Homes, a major sponsor of the ‘Big Nibble’ weekend, had a free competition based on a simple question regarding David Wilson Homes’ nearby development at Wickhurst Green off Five Oaks Road, Broadbridge Heath, West Sussex.

“We had an excellent response to our competition which brought a number of people to the site”, says Pina Masella, Sales Advisor at Wickhurst Green.

Winner of the hamper, Pam Burbidge says: “I thought it was an intriguing question about one of the show homes and as I am temporarily living in a rented house in Horsham and am currently looking to buy a house, it was the perfect opportunity to see their show homes.”

Pam sold recently in Fetcham but wants to reside in Horsham because of its excellent road and rail links and easy access to Polesden Lacey, near Dorking, where Pam is a Tour Guide.

Pam actually met one of David Wilson Homes’ sales advisors, John Garrett, at the festival so he was able to show her around.

“I was very impressed with the development”, added Pam “and of course delighted to win the prize. It is the first time I have won anything in over 40 years so I am absolutely thrilled.”
