Mystery surrounds the discovery of a group of llamas on a country footpath near Horsham.
A woman out walking around Rudgwick on Sunday stumbled across the six llamas grazing on a pathway and is now hoping they will be reunited with their owner.
Elizabeth Kemp says she was ‘surprised’ to see the long-coated animals there and does not know of any llama farms nearby. “The spot where we saw them is enclosed by streams on three sides,” she said.
She said she had not alerted the RSPCA because ‘presumably they are livestock.’
