Missing man found after helicopter search in Horsham and Crawley

A Horsham man has been found following a police helicopter search in Crawley and Horsham.

Sussex Police was ‘extremely concerned’ after Liam Winn, 33, went missing after he left an address in Horsham at around 6pm on Thursday (May 26), said a spokesman.

Sussex Police and the National Police Air Service’s ‘extensive’ search for him in the Crawley and Horsham area last night resumed early today.

Mr Winn’s last known location was in the Fulfords Hill area of Itchingfield, near Christ’s Hospital, Horsham, in the early hours of today, said police.

He was found safe and well, a spokesman said.
