Man suffers facial injuries in Worthing collision

Emergency services were called to a report of a car hitting a wall in West Parade, West Worthing, at 7.35am on Tuesday (January 19).

The driver, a man in his 70s, suffered facial injuries and was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton, according to Sussex Police.

West Parade was closed eastbound until the vehicle was recovered.

It re-opened at 11.30am.
