Unemployed Gavin Collett, 32, of Bramber Road, Broadwater, was due to be sentenced today, having pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing to dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, driving without insurance and two counts of failing to stop after a road traffic collision.

Collett appeared at Lewes Crown Court today (Friday, May 6), where a judge delayed his sentencing so a psychiatric report could be produced.
