The council arranged for a commemorative book to be displayed for the people of the Horsham district to sign at Swan Walk Shopping Centre in Horsham and Storrington Help Point in Storrington during July and August this year.

With around 1,000 messages written inside, the council then sent the book to Kensington Palace to the new parents.
