The range of kitchen produce was impressive, from preserves, to cakes, scones, biscuits and pies.

The number of handicraft entries was down, but the standard was high.

About 150 visitors came to view the impressive displays of flowers and vegetables at the show, which took place August 3.

The organisers where particularly pleased to have nine first-timers and five children entering. They would like to thank the committee, the helpers, everyone who took part and all those who came in the afternoon, to enjoy the show, the prize-giving and the raffle.
