Signs for a national retailer have gone up around an empty shop in Horsham town centre.
Bensons for Beds has installed new signs around the front of the store previously home to Cargo in the Forum.
The bed specialist is part of the Steinhoff Group, which also owns the Cargo brand.
The town’s Cargo store closed towards the end of January along with 40 others across the UK after the group decided to ‘accelerate the growth’ of the Bensons brand in the south east.
At the time a spokesman for Cargo said: “Over the last few years Bensons for Beds has delivered consistent growth, making it now the UK’s leading specialist bed retailer.
“The company has decided to accelerate this growth by utilising some of the group’s retail premises in the south east.
“As such, a number of Cargo stores will be rebranded to the Bensons fascia in order to give it additional presence in the south east and optimise the business’s return from its store portfolio.”
It is not yet know when the store will be opening.
