Horse rescued from a ditch in Shipley
A horse has been rescued after getting stuck in a ditch filled with water in Shipley.
The incident, in Church Close, was reported to West Sussex Fire and Rescue service at 4.10pm on Wednesday (September 3).
The horse was aged between one and two years old and was assisted to safety by two technical rescue unit officers using dry suits and animal rescue strops.
It has been left in the care of the RSPCA.
