Graham Jeffery, who used to attend the now closed Oxford Road School, has sent this picture of Currimundi Lake, in Queensland, to show what Christmas is like on the other side of the world.

The 76-year-old, who moved to Australia in 1968, said he was in for some wet weather for Christmas day although the maximum temperature was still set to be in the range of 28c.
