This year, the summer show was divided into two rooms at the Shoreham Centre and Room 2 was laden with vegetables, including Mr Rudland’s exhibition of tomatoes.

Meanwhile, Room 3 was filled with cut flowers and pot plants.

Show secretary Daphne Thomas said: “Once again a brilliant show. Although divided into two rooms, the show still had its charm.

“By 3pm, Room 3 was filled with people having refreshments and waiting to see the winning exhibitors receive their trophies. Well done to all.”

The next show is on Saturday, October 11, at the Shoreham Centre. Contact 01273 463638 or visit for more information.
