Ferring’s plan gets examiner’s approval

FERRING Parish Council’s community led neighbourhood development plan has been given the green light to go to public referendum.

Both the plan and three associated community right to build orders (CRTBOs) have been approved by external examiner Clare Wright, with only minor modifications made.

Carole Robertson, Ferring Parish Council chairman, said: “The Neighbourhood Plan is dedicated to maintaining the current character and setting of the village and to augment these in line with the needs and wishes of residents.
