Emergency services respond to multi-vehicle crash on A27

Police officers joined paramedics at the scene of a four-vehicle collision in Arundel.

In a post on Twitter at 5.40pm, Sussex Roads Police officer Tom Van Der Wee wrote: "Thankfully all persons are on the whole okay and the driver of one vehicle has been taken to hospital to be checked over.

"Vehicle recovery is on scene so the road will be fully open shortly."
