Drivers left trapped in Horsham car park
Users of a car park in Horsham were left trapped in the building for an hour after they were unable to get through the barriers.
Drivers were unable to leave the Forum Car Park, in Blackhorse Way, for almost an hour on Sunday (November 23) morning due to the pay machines in the building being broken and the barriers to the car park remaining closed.
Horsham District Council, who run the car park, were contacted by several people who were stuck in the building but nobody was released until almost an hour later.
HDC has been approached for comment.
