Police have arrested three people after a man died in a road incident near Horsham

Shortly before 11.30pm on Thursday August 13, a 30-year-old man was found lying in Loxwood Road, Tismans Common, Rudgwick, and despite the efforts of paramedics was tragically confirmed dead at the scene, police said.

A spokesman added: “Police have seized a car found nearby and three men aged 48, 41 and 25, have been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. They are currently in custody for interview and further enquiries.”

Detective Inspector Sue Neilson of the Surrey and Sussex Police Serious Collision Investigations Unit said; “This investigation is still in its early stages and we are working to establish exactly what happened.
