Missing man may be riding BMW motorbike

Police believe a missing man who was last seen in Crawley could have travelled to the Hastings area and may be riding a silver BMW motorbike.

Paul Hanton, 51, was last seen leaving Langley Green Hospital in Crawley on Monday, November 23 to go to the shops and he was due to be discharged.

Paul, lives in Lingfield in Surrey, but he has not been home or made contact with his parents who live in Tonbridge in Kent.

PC Alex Leeson said: “We continue to be concerned for Paul, as although he suffers with mental health issues, he was due to be discharged.

“He is described as white, around 6ft 1in, with short brown hair and has a number of tattoos on his arms. He was last seen wearing blakc shoes, black trousers, black T-shirt, black coat and a green and brown hat.”

There is information to suggest that he may have been in Hastings, East Sussex, on Friday, 4 December.

The motorcycle that Paul may be riding is a silver BMW K75, registration G739 YNC, and may or may not have fairings attached.
