Jewellery taken in Hassocks burglary
Police are investigating a burglary that happened in Dale Avenue, Hassocks, between 4pm and 6pm on Wednesday (6 November) and which involved the theft of several hundreds of pounds worth of jewellery.
Thieves gained entry to a detached house by smashing the rear patio doors before stealing items which included rings, earrings, a lady’s silver watch and a silver charm bracelet.
Anyone who saw or heard anything unusual or suspicious in the Dale Avenue area on Wednesday afternoon, or who has other information, is asked to phone Sussex Police on 101, quoting 1340 of 06/11, or email: [email protected].
