Christopher Holcombe, 66, of Bradshaw Road, Chichester, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £385 costs, after being found guilty of assault by beating in Chichester on January 22, 2019.

Karyn Talbot, 57, of Pamers Field Avenue, Chichester, was discharged conditionally for 18 months and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £385 costs, after being found guilty of assault by beating in Chichester on January 22, 2019. She also admitted breaching a conditional discharge order, no action taken.

Anthony Winter, 37, of Meadow Way, North Bersted, was fined £220 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (30ug/l cocaine) in Eldon Way, Littlehampton, on October 26, 2019. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months. He also admitted two further charges of drug-driving (no less than 800ug/l benzoylecgonine ane 2.1ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Eldon Way, Littlehampton, on October 26, 2019, no separate penalties.

Martyn Bushnell, 32, of Belmont Lodge, Belmont Street, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with three-month curfew, electronically monitored, from 7pm to 7am daily, and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting assault by beating in Bognor Regis on January 15, 2020. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

James Hennin, 34, of Hanover Close, Selsey, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting fraud by dishonestly making a false representation, cashing a cheque intending to make a gain of £2,800 for himself in Chichester between February 25, 2020, and April 25, 2020. He must pay £2,800 compensation, £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Siobhan Humphrey, 28, of Phoenix Court, Lyon Street West, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for six months and must pay £300 compensation, £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting causing £300 damage to a glass door at JD Wetherspoon in Bognor Regis on March 3, 2020.

Molly Weller, 21, of Waverley Road, Southsea, was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must pay £122 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting fraud by dishonestly making a false representation, using a bank card without the permission of the owner, intending to gain cosmetic items worth £188.62 for herself in Bognor Regis between November 28, 2019, and December 6, 2019. She was given a 16-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting stealing a bank card at Seagull Rest Home, East Wittering, between November 1 and 18, 2019.

Henry Gibson, 34, of Middleton Gardens, Tangmere, was given a community order and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when required in Worthing on May 30, 2020; and resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty in Chichester on May 30, 2020. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 18 months.
