Jonathan Washington-Jones, 19, of The Hornets, Horsham, was banned from driving for 14 months, with a £120 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving at Southwater.

James Moreton-Gane, 32, of Church Street, Storrington, was fined £660, with £132.92 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had been convicted in his absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Carl Tucker, 27, of Star Close, Horsham, was fined £220, with £38.34 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had been convicted in his absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Joanna Tucker, 29, of Coombelands Lane, Pulborough, was fined £147, with a £22 victim surcharge, £110 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. She had been convicted in her absence of keeping an uninsured vehicle.

John Creasey, 80, of Cricketers Close, Ashington, was fined £660, with £230 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had been convicted in his absence of using an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Vincent Harrison, of Spencers Place, Horsham, was fined £440, with £115 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had been convicted in his absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Georgina Lay, of High Street, Partridge Green, was fined £660, with £331.25 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. She had been convicted in her absence of keeping a vehicle on a public road while it was subject to a SORN declaration.

Martin Taylor, 58, of Tudor Close, Chichester, was fined £440, with £168.75 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to using an unlicensed vehicle at Ashington.

Matthew Salmon, 31, of Chestnut Gardens, Horsham, was banned from driving for 18 months, with a £507 fine, a £51 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving at Warnham.

Timothy Prior, 48, of St Joseph’s Vale, Blackheath, was banned from driving for six months, with a £585 fine, a £44 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and six penalty poionts added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding at Dial Post in May, and pleaded guilty to speeding at Dial Post in June.

Gabriel Sokari, 26, of Rugby Road, West Worthing, was fined £120, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding at West Grinstead.

Ben Unsworth, 38, of Lower Tanbridge Way, Horsham, was fined £190, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Horsham.

Aaron Kinsella, 18, of Langridge Lane, Broadbridge Heath, was given a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work, £320.74 compensation, a £180 criminal courts charge, a £60 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to three counts of theft from Sports Direct in Horsham, and burglary and theft from a One Stop in Horsham.

David E Nye, 67, of Broadwood Close, Horsham, was banned from driving for a year, with a £500 fine, a £50 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving in Horsham.

Leon Moore, 35, of Punch Bowl Lane, Dorking, was given a ommunity order, with a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £180 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order by contacting a woman in Horsham, and by going to an address in Horsham.

Jonathan Browning-May, 72, of Fitzalan Road, Horsham, was given a six month conditional discharge, with £35 compensation, a £15 victim surcharge, £50 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to common assault.

Craig Powell, 33, of Gardeners Green, Rusper, was fined £200, with £750 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £180 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to owning a dog which caused an injury while dangerously out of control. Court records say the dog has been put down.

She had been convicted in her absence on three counts of causing unnecessary suffering to a dog by failing to provide grooming and veterinary care.

Anthony Peirson, 30, of Hollands Road, Henfield, was fined £200, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without insurance at Bolney, and to failing to answer bail.

Peter Balchin, 58, of College Road, Southwater, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £180 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to stealing perfume and a coat from Debenhams in Crawley.

Jarren White, 29, of no fixed address, was jailed for four weeks, with an £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £180 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to stealing computer games from Morrisons in Crawley, and to stealing clothes from TK Maxx in Horsham.

Sarah Briley, 38, of Dean Way, Storrington, was given an absolute discharge. She had pleaded guilty to driving without insurance at Bolney. Court records say magistrates accepted her explanation that she had been misled into thinking she was insured.
