The manager of County Mall took his charity fundraising total to £5,000 by completing the Brighton Marathon.
Mark Haynes achieved a personal best time of three hours 43 minutes and one second when he crossed the finish line on the sea front on April 12.
The marathon was Mark’s third and he was left “overwhelmed” by the support of his family, friends and the local community in his quest to raise money for Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice.
Mark said: “Thank you so much to those who have so very generously donated.
“Together we have raised more than £2,500 so far this year alone for Chestnut Tree House, a tremendous amount of money that is much needed.”
There’s still time to support Mark’s fundraising efforts.
