BEAUTIFUL bonnets delighted audiences at Easter parades in Southwick on Friday.
Children donned their colourful creations, made from a variety of materials and decorated with bunnies, eggs and chicks.
At Southwick Pre-School Playgroup, which meets at Southwick Community Centre, many of the children had made their hats at home but some were created at the playgroup.
Louise Goble, chairman of the committee which runs the registered charitable organisation, said: “It went really well. All the children made their own hats and all the parents came down to see the parade.
“We had an Easter egg hunt and the event finished with a fundraising Easter raffle to raise money for the playgroup, which made £50.”
