The Horley Singers handed over £200 to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust raised by the audience at the choir’s summer concert.

Rob Robson from the Trust came to the Methodist Church Horley in Victoria Road where the choir rehearses. The choir is also recruiting new members and would like to invite newcomers to ‘come and try’ evenings on Monday October 14, 21, 28. They have performed songs of different genres from musicals and pop to classical and gospel members are currently preparing for its Christmas carol concert. They rehearse every Monday evening during term time at 8pm, perform two or three concerts a year and there is no audition for new members to join. For more information go to the website or call membership secretary June Goodenough on 01293 771216.
