THE FOLLOWING are court results for Chichester and Worthing magistrates’ courts from October 19 to 23.

James Sandalls, 26, of Willett Close, Duncton, was given a community order and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge, after admitting visiting an area from which he was prohibited by a restraining order.

Radoslaw Wajdyk, 34, of Connaught House, Bognor Regis, was given a community order after admitting stealing a £19 bottle of vodka from Tesco, Bognor Regis, on July 30, 2015, and stealing eight t-shirts worth £42 from Peacocks, Bognor Regis, on July 29, 2015. He must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

Daniel Kolasinski, 22, of Wood Street, Bognor Regis, was fined £100 and must pay £70 costs after admitting breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work.

Michelle Wright, 35, of Harvest Court, Rookwood Road, West Wittering, was fined £80 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £120 costs, after admitting using a television without a licence on February 4, 2014.

Paul Dickenson, 24, of Churchmead Close, Lavant, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting causing £65 damage to Sussex Police property in Chichester on October 3, 2015. He also admitted disorderly behaviour while drunk in Priory Park on October 3, 2015, no separate penalty. He must pay £65 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

Wayne Squires, 28, of High Street, Bognor Regis, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge, after admitting possessing cocaine in Bognor Regis on October 3, 2015.

Mikolaj Paczuski, 22, of Mill House, Marine Drive, Bognor Regis, was fined £350 and must pay £50 compensation, £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting using threatening words or behaviour at Morrisons, Bognor Regis, on August 13, 2015. He also admitted stealing vodka worth £14.99 from Morrisons, Bognor Regis, on August 13, 2015, and was discharged conditionally for six months.

Ella Biggins, 26, of Fox Close, Chichester, was fined £100 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting assaulting a police constable in Chichester on July 11, 2015.

Badni Lugolobi, 28, of Glamis Street, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 12 months after admitting using threatening words or behaviour in Littlehampton on May 21, 2015. He must pay £15 victim surcharge, £25 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

Oksana Danysh, 44, of Lonford Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £300 and must pay £50 victim surcharge, £525 costs, £520 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of being in charge of a vehicle in Tesco car park, Bognor Regis, while over the drink-drive limit (44mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath). Her driving record was endorsed with ten points.

Sergejs Baikovs, 26, of Alexandra Terrace, Clarence Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of driving without insurance on the A29 Slindon on May 26, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Sam Foster, 24, of Yapton Road, Barnham, was fined £220 and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of driving without wearing a seatbelt in Madgwick Lane, Westhampnett, on May 3, 2015.

Asa Hammond, 32, of Canal Place, Chichester, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Kingsham Road, Chichester, on May 29, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Janusz Romanowski, 28, of Lennox Road, Chichester, was fined £770 and must pay £77 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance on the A259 Chichester on January 12, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Richard Rowe, 28, of Blackgate Lane, Pulborough, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Rectory Road, Storrington, on May 17, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Mark Crossley, 51, of Cypress Way, Bognor Regis, was fined £80 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, for driving over the 30mph speed limit on the A29 Coldwaltham on April 30, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Ashley Ludlow, 26, of Sandpiper Court, Cormorant Way, Bracklesham, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Broadmark Lane, Rustington, on March 1, 2015. he was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Matthew May, 26, of Cuckoo Fields, Fishbourne, was fined £95 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit on the A286 Lavant on May 15, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Luca Farci, 27, of Gordon House, Church Square, Chichester, was fined £120 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (53mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Bishop Luffa Close, Chichester, on October 6, 2015. He also admitted driving without a licence, no separate penalty. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Freddie Hance, 60, of Osborne Crescent, Chichester, was discharged conditionally for 12 months after being found guilty of assault by beating in Chichester on September 13, 2015. He must pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

Caron Nunan, 65, of Ranville Close, Petworth, was fined £120 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, after admitting drink-driving (59mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A285 Duncton. She was disqualified from driving for three months.
