Canadian song writer and prominent gay rights advocate Carly Rae Jepsen will perform at Brighton Pride this summer.
The best-selling singer, who has more than one billion YouTube views, joins a strong line-up of acts performing during the festival including Alesha Dixon, Seann Miley Moore and Frankmusik.
Other acts include Imani, DJ Fresh, Fleur East and electro-soul songstress Anne-Marie.
Pride organisers say this year’s event will feature its biggest line-up with more artists still to be confirmed in the coming weeks.
Last year more than 200,000 people attended Brighton Pride raising more than £100,000 for good causes in the community.
Brighton Pride will be held on August 6.
