Capel newsagent’s holding party for its customers

A Capel family-run newsagent’s is today holding a 25th anniversary party for its loyal customers.

The Patels are expecting between 150-300 people to celebrate their milestone with an Indian lunch from midday to 3pm and light snacks and refreshments there after till 6pm, at 138 The Street, Capel.

Mukesh Patel, 50, of Capel, said: “This party is for our local customers who supported us every step of the way.

He added: “The shop today is what it is because of the customers, who have made it possible to run our business for 25 years.”

There is a car park next to the site.
