BREAKING NEWS: RSA confirm more Horsham redundancies

Global insurance firm Royal Sun Alliance (RSA) has confirmed more jobs are at risk in Horsham.

The business, with offices in Chart Way, said the changes will ‘ultimately help improve service’ but admits it ‘will be a difficult time’ for employees.

The number of staff affected is said to be small.

An RSA spokeswoman said: “To improve the effectiveness of our IS and Change function we’re forming dedicated teams to support the RSA Personal and Commercial businesses.

“Aligning this function more closely with our business provides greater control and accountability and will ultimately help improve the service for our customers.

“As a result of these changes, some of our employees in Horsham will be affected.

“We recognise this will be a difficult time for those employees impacted and we will be working closely with them over the next few months.”
