Mike, who lives in Rustington, said: “Little Else is a little girl I created who has taken Facebook by storm. It has gone ballistic since I introduced her at Christmas, when she was seen by 150,000 people.

“I have rasterized the artwork and made all the lines nice and smooth for this piece. It is a synonym more than anything else because unfortunately I think it is true. True friends are always there for you, others come and go in your life.

“It is a unique piece and it is ideal because I think Chestnut Tree House needs support, like Little Else, so I am happy to have donated it. It is a charity very close to my heart and very local.”

Mike’s artwork is one of 200 pieces donated by national, celebrity and local artists for this year’s Big Heart Auction on eBay from July 1 to 10.
