RECORD attendance was celebrated at White Meadows Primary Academy on Wednesday.

One boy has not missed a single stay of lessons in the whole four years he has been at the school, in Whitelea Road, Wick.

Fabio Pimenta’s achievement was celebrated at the 100 per cent attendance draw.

School secretary Melanie Baker said the draw was for pupils achieving 100 per attendance for the term, one year, two years, three years and four years.

“Only one pupil achieved 100 per cent attendance for the four years, which is a fantastic achievement,” she added.

Presentations were made during a special assembly.
