A&E SOS meeting gives public a chance to be heard

MEMBERS of the public will finally get a chance to have their say on the on-going battle between BUPA CSH LTD and Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for a £235 million musculoskeletal contract at a meeting next month.

‘A&E SOS – Is Worthing Hospital for Sale?’ will take place in the St Paul’s Centre, in Chapel Road, Worthing, on Monday, November 10, between 7.30pm and 10.30pm.

In support of the Herald & Gazette’s A&E SOS campaign, the meeting will include talks from a representative of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, a patient, local health academics and prospective election candidates as well as providing the public with the opportunity to ask questions from the floor. Attendees will also be also to sign the Herald & Gazette’s petition.
